Cancellation Policy

AGREEMENT & CONSENT • Booking a session signifies agreement to these terms and conditions. • Electronic Signature: If booking is completed online, the client’s digital acceptance of these terms is legally binding. Booking & Payment • • A 50% deposit is required at booking, applied to the total session cost. • • Final payment is due on the session day; non-payment may delay image delivery. • • Accepted payments: Cash, checks, credit/debit, Apple Pay, PayPal. • • Cancellation & Rescheduling • • Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable if canceled within 72 hours. • • Rescheduling allowed 72+ hours before the session without deposit loss. • • No-shows forfeit deposits; full payment may still be required. • • Weather-related reschedules are at no extra cost. • • Session Details • • Location: Within 30 miles of Corpus Christi, TX (78418). • • 31-60 miles: $50 travel fee. • • 60+ miles: Additional fees or unavailable. • • Session duration varies by package. • • Late arrivals (30+ min) forfeit deposits unless due to a documented emergency. • • Image Usage & Copyright • • All photos remain the property of A Moment Captured by Michelle Walters. • • Clients may print/share images for personal use; commercial/promotional use requires permission. • • Model Release • • Clients must sign a model release before receiving images, allowing promotional use. • • To opt out, clients must provide written notice before the session. • • Editing & Delivery • • Turnaround time: Approx. 72 hours, varies by event. • • Images edited in signature style; raw images not provided. • • Extra editing starts at $25 per image. • • Force Majeure • • The photographer is not liable for cancellations/delays due to natural disasters or emergencies. • • If unavailable, the photographer will offer a reschedule or full deposit refund. • • Dispute Resolution • • Issues will be handled by A Moment Captured by Michelle Walters’ staff. • • Legal matters fall under Corpus Christi, TX jurisdiction. • • Additional Fees • • Extended sessions, expedited editing, or custom requests may incur extra fees, agreed upon beforehand. • • Return Policy • • No refunds after the session due to the custom nature of photography. • • Re-shoots offered only for technical issues/missed shots, requested within 7 days. • • Defective prints must be reported within 5 days for replacement. • • Agreement & Consent • • Booking signifies agreement to these terms. • • Online bookings are legally binding via digital
